Unless you hear to the contrary, you should report to the Staffing Manager at least 15 minutes before the beginning of any of the sessions that you have volunteered to work at except for the first one. For your first session only, please turn up at least 30 minutes before you are due to start in order that we can familiarise you with the various food, hygiene, health & safety and the emergency, fire and evacuation procedures etc that you must be aware of. 

Your attention to this last point would be greatly appreciated.
